07/31/2009. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "The XHB-1 (HB=Heavy Bombardment) was an enlarged version of the Huff-Daland LB-1. Powered by a 787 hp Packard 2A-2540 engine the sole example flew in 1925, and was tested at McCook Field, Ohio, USA, with Project Number P-452. The aircraft was developed into the Keystone XLB-3 in 1927. Note the landing lights on the wingtips."
