07/31/2011. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Under the MDAP Germany received a number of aircraft types, this aircraft was one of a batch of forty PA-18-95s produced as L-18C-PI under the USAF serials 54-719 to 54-758. In January 1978 it appeared on the German civil registry as D-EFLC."
