03/31/2024. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "The designation DR 200 covered only two aircraft, these were designed and built in prototype form as an optimum four-seat development of the Jodel DR 1050 series, combining moderate power, and hence operating economy, with high performance. It was powered by an 105 hp Potez 4 E-20 four-cylinder horizontally-opposed air-cooled engine.
The first prototype was registered F-WLKV and it was first flown on November 7, 1964. The DR 200 was developed into the DR 250.
The pictured aircraft is the former first prototype and it came on the UK register on May 21, 1970 as G-AYDZ, subsequently it was reregistered nine times. Since May 28, 2015, it is registered to Colin Henry Boyles (trustee of: Zero One Group) Kings Sutton, Northamptonshire."
