It was sold to the CAF and with s/n 13702 it was delivered to 437 Transport Squadron at CFB Trenton, Ontario on February 24, 1970. It was placed in storage on January 12, 1993, and was declared surplus on June 2, 1993. Subsequently it was sold to Omega of Honduras and registered HR-AMF, but not delivered, instead it was transferred to Shannon, Ireland on December 20, 1993. The aircraft was operational with the USAF in December 2000, s/n 96-0043 c/n P-10, and was delivered to the 93rd Airborne Control Wing on August 6, 2001. A few weeks later, August 29, hydraulic fluid entered the electronics bay and the radar system, severely damaging it; the aircraft landed safely.
