11/30/2009. Delivered to the RCN as a CHSS-2, s/n 4039, in 1967, the aircraft was redesignated CH-124 with new CAF s/n 12439 on August 14, 1970. The aircraft crashed at an air show at Schenectady, New York, USA, and was written off.
