10/31/2010. Remarks by
Walter van Tilborg: "This parasol wing homebuilt single-seater was developed by Henry Rahlf of Muscatine, Iowa, USA. Rahlf modified a Baby Ace airframe and fitted it with shortened Aeronca Champion wings and a 65 hp Continental A65 four-cylinder, horizontally-opposed air-cooled engine. In this form the aircraft was first flown in June 1966, but it was later re-engined with a similar 100 hp Continental O-200-A and re-flown in June 1968. The aircraft is also known as the "Ralf Special", and is still registered as of this day. "
