02/28/2014. Remarks by
Walter van Tilborg: "This small homebuilt biplane was designed by Homer J. Witwer Jr. and the construction took one year. The one-of-a-kind aircraft had a steel tube fuselage and wood with Dacron wings, and made the first flight on July 3, 1976, powered by a 75 hp Continental A75-8 engine. The aircraft was later sold to a new owner, who planned to install a more powerful engine, however, this might never happened. The aircraft was taken of the register on June 7, 2011."
