05/31/2018. Remarks by
Walter van Tilborg: "The one-of-a-kind two-seat M-103 homebuilt aircraft was developed and built by Harvey M. Mace of Fort Bragg, California, together with Terry Parsons. The design was based on a Jodel D-120 fuselage which was mated to entirely new design wings and a new landing gear, power plant was a 90 hp Continental C90 engine. After a construction period of one year, the M-103, nicknamed
"Plain Plane", was first flown on June 6, 1986. No further development took place, the sole example was reregistered to Rick and Karen Blumhorst of Miami, Florida."
