11/15/2022. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "The M235 Etude II was the third homebuilt aircraft of Alexander Marinosyan of Sadovo, Bulgaria and was capable of (limited) aerobatics. The aircraft featured an all-metal construction, like the earlier M235 Etude, of which the 118 hp Lycoming O-235-C engine, cowling and instruments were used in this aircraft.
Work on the 'second study' project started in August 2009 and the aircraft (again registered LZ-MAR) made the first flight on April 23, 2011. Despite the designation and registration, the Etude II was a very different aircraft with a (decreased span) cantilever wing, raised upper fuselage, low set tail planes and a modified landing gear.
In 2015 Marinosyan formed Flight Constructive Ltd. and in 2016 the third LZ-MAR appeared. Designated FC-3 Etude, this aircraft used many parts and components of the retired M235 Etude II."
