12/22/2006. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "The first of twelve Pembroke's for the Belgium AF was delivered to 20 Esc/15 Wing on February 19, 1954. Withdrawn from use on January 13, 1976, struck off charge June 6, 1976. In May 1978 it was sold to the US registered as N51973, together with RM-3 (N51951) and RM-10 (N51966), delivery took place May 31, 1978. The aircraft was sold several times, in 1985 seized for drug-running and donated to the Yankee Air Force, Belleville, Michigan. It is still on the FAA register in June 2006."
