Type: Single-engined three-seat roadable monoplane.
Wings: High-wing gull-shaped braced monoplane. In three sections, a steel-tube center section and two duralumin framed outer sections. Single-spar structure braced to fuselage by V-struts. Ailerons may also be used as flaps. Outer wing sections fold forward for road use.
Fuselage: All-metal structure. Two booms spring from the lower rear portion of cabin to carry tail unit. Booms are hinged aft, of cabin and tail may be folded up to shroud the propeller for road use.
Tail unit: Cantilever monoplane type with twin fins and rudders. Fixed surfaces are of metal, movable surfaces covered with fabric.
Landing gear: Fixed tricycle type. S.A.G.A. rubber shock-absorbers. Hydraulic brakes on main wheels. Steerable nose wheel.
Power plant: An 125 hp Lycoming O-290-AP four-cylinder horizontally-opposed air-cooled engine driving a two-blade variable-pitch pusher propeller. Delio-Remi electric generator fitted on engine. Fuel tank in center section.
Accommodation: Cabin seats three, two side-by-side with dual controls and one behind. Baggage space aft of rear seat. Large entrance door on each side.
