08/04/2003. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "The Veltro (Greyhound) II was a company-funded single-seat ground-attack development of MB-339 two-seat trainer. No prototype, built on MB-339 production jigs, first flight May 30, 1980. Powered by a more powerful engine, it had a revised nose, an internal cannon and larger fuel capacity."
