09/30/2007. Remarks by
Johan Visschedijk: "Based on the Schweizer SGS-2-32 glider, and powered by a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-34 this aircraft was developed as a single seat quiet reconnaissance aircraft. It had an flight endurance of 30 hours and could be flown unmanned and radio-controlled. Piloted by Donald R. Wilson, this aircraft established several altitude and time-to-climb records at Greenville, Texas, on March 23 and 27, 1972; some of them still stand as of this day."
