Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft was 68th Aviocar license-built by PT Industri Pesawat Terbang Nurtanio (IPTN, Nurtanio Aircrcraft Industries Ltd.) and was first flown on October 14, 1984. It was lost 24 years later, when on June 26, 2008, it crashed at the foot of Mount Salak, West Java, Indonesia, while en route from Jakarta-Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport to Bogor-Atang Senjaya AB. None of the five crew and thirteen passengers survived the crash."
