02/15/2006. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Built for the USAAF as P-51D-30-NA, s/n 44-74453, to RCAF as Mustang TF.Mk.IV, s/n 9597, on November 8, 1950. Struck off charge on October 15, 1959 and sold to the USA as N9150R. Became N1335, crashed in 1963. From 1981 rebuilt with CAC airframe, adopted identity of NA-109 P-51D 44-13903, and became C-GJCJ in 1987. In 1989 sold to USA as N151JP "Glamorous Gal" and became N251HR in 1993."

Remarks by Will Chabun: "The code letters "PF" on this Mustang indicate it was from the RCAF's 443 (Auxiliary) Squadron "City of New Westminster" at Sea Island, Vancouver, a reserve unit that used Mustangs from about 1950 until about 1956. Given how rare colour photos from that era are, it's a heckuva fine shot."
