07/07/2007. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Ordered as a PO-2W this aircraft was delivered to the USN as a WV-2 in March 1955, being redesignated EC-121K in 1962. The aircraft was pictured while visiting from NAS Point Mugu, California, USA. It was marked "Pacific Missile Range" on the tail surface.
Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB in May 1979, it was delivered to the Heritage Air Park Museum at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma in October 1985. It is displayed as USAF EC-121D, s/n 53-0552."
