On October 28 it was registered to the Dassault Falcon Jet Corp. in the USA as N240EX, eleven days later, on November 9, it was leased to Brazil where it was registered as PR-PPN. On July 19, 2007 it was sold to Jack Prewitt & Associates Inc and registered as N888NX, to be resold to the Netherlands only five days later.

Owned by MW Airplane IV Corporation it was registered as PH-CHT on November 20, 2007 and immediately leased to JetNetherlands, subsequently to JetSupport on August 20, 2008 and to Solid-aiR on November 20, 2008."
