09/30/2010. Remarks by Walter van Tilborg: "Reportedly the MG-3 was a heavily modified Kreimendahl Shoestring racer, reportedly also with Cassutt features.
Built by Gérard Minina in co-operation with J.P. Vallee, the MG-3 was flown on April 8, 1987 and the CofA was issued in July of the same year. The aircraft was powered by an 100 hp Rolls-Royce/Continental O-200-A. After it had been stored for five years the MG-3 was acquired by Pierre Yout in mid-2001, completely refurbished and modified, including a curved and lowered rear fuselage, the MG-3 was reflown in May 2002."
