02/23/2004. Remarks by Coy Wilkes: "As a Development Test Engineer for Lockheed Aircraft in Marietta, Georgia, I ran the ground compatability test program for the two aircraft before the actual in-flight test program which was conducted between March 1967 and July 1967.

I also ran the test program for the very first hook-up of a helicopter for air-to-air refueling. That first fuel transfer involved an USAF CH-3C and an USMC KC-130F and took place in January 1966."
