01/31/2008. Commonly known as the Twin Navion, this aircraft, produced
in 1955, was lost at Eau Claire, Michigan, on July 12, 1991. The
aircraft crashed immediately after takeoff, when it suffered from fuel
starvation due to an improper installed fuel tank selector knob. The
pilot/owner was killed. |
