12/31/2007. Rotorway was formed in 1970 to manufacture kits of the Scorpion, the production version of the single-seat Javelin helicopter developed by Mr. B.J. Schramm and first flown in 1965. The Scorpion Too was a two-seat development and was later redesignated Scorpion 133. Over 350 of the two-seat version are still registered at the FAA Registry as of this day. |
