Delivered to the RCAF as Canso A, 9738. To civil register as CF-FOQ, and named Polar Bear it started service with The Hudson's Bay Company, Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 1947. Sold to Queen Charlotte Airlines in April 1951, crashed into Mount Benson, British Columbia, on October 17, 1951, killing the three crew and 20 passengers. |
