N7006U was the seventh 727 produced and was first flown on July 16, 1963. It was delivered to United Air Lines on November 23, 1963 and served with the airline for nearly 30 years, intially with fleet number 7006, later 7306. It was sold to Aero Controls at Shelton, Washington, in February 1993, and by 1994 it had been broken up.
