This aircraft was manufactured and delivered to Sudan Airways as ST-ADC in 1967. Registered to Air West as C-GPBO on December 22, 1976 it crashed on Saturna Island, British Columbia, on December 1, 1977, without fatalities. Poor weather caused the pilot to fly low and the aircraft into trees.
