02/28/2008. Built to specification for a new fighter issued in 1934, this all-metal single-seat was first flown on September 27, 1935. The sole example was powered by an 1,000 hp Hispano-Suiza 14Ha-79 fourteen-cylinder two-row air-cooled radial engine, fitted with a fixed-pitch two-bladed propeller.

Stability problems were countered by redesign of the vertical tail, while disappointing performance induced by severe drag led to various refinements and the fitting of a three-bladed variable-pitch propeller. However, the specified maximum speed of 301 mph (485 kmh) could not be reached, and the project was abandoned.
