Boeing 737-7K2

11/15/2006. Remarks by Alfred Damen>: "This 737-700 is still in the 'old' all green colour scheme. Transavia started out in the sixties as an independent charter company, founded with capital from CityBank by John Block, former Martinair chief pilot. Nowadays they still have a significant unscheduled operation - mostly to tourist destinations in the south of Europe. But they also have a growing regular schedule to London Gatwick, Nice, Malaga and other destinations."

04/19/2007. Remarks by Jack McKillop: "This is the 1,316th 737 New Generation aircraft built and made its first flight on April 16, 2003. It was delivered to the Dutch airline Transavia Airlines on April 25, 2003 registered PH-XRW. On July 1, 2003, it was sold to a leasing company who leased it back to Transavia. As of this date, it is still in service with that airline."
