04/30/2007. Remarks by Jack Mckillop: "This helicopter was delivered to the US Army in 1968 as a UH-1H-BF. In the 1980s, the Army converted 200 UH-1Hs to medical evacuation aircraft redesignated UH-1V-BF. The UH-1V had the external weapons removed and the interior configured to carry six standard litters. This machine was retired in 1994 and acquired by the museum." |
