Remarks by Barbara Tolbert, Executive Director, Northwest EAA Fly-In: "This aircraft was designed and built by Ronald Borovec, it actually flew as an ultralight in the USA so therefore it didn't need a registration. Robert donated the airplane to the Northwest EAA Fly-In where it is used for static display and kids events."
