11/30/2008. Produced in 1960 this aircraft was registered as N817Q when it was impounded from drug runners in the early-eighties. It received the US Army serial 82-24054, and the disputably designation QA-65.

After being stored at the Naval Aviation Museum for some years the aircraft came back on the civil registry as N51685 on October 22, 1997. Ever since it has been registered to a private owner of Tacoma, Washington, and still in full US Army colours it has been seen regularly at air displays.
