Walter van Tilborg: "The Cloud Cutter was a small all-metal single-seat homebuilt aircraft designed and built by Chester J. Krist. The construction started on March 1, 1984 and the aircraft made the first flight on December 21, 1985. It was fitted with foldable wings and unusual for such a small aircraft was the use of flaps to reduce landing distance. The one-of-a kind-design aircraft had a 46 hp Rotax 503 two-stroke piston engine. It later joined the collection of the
Science Museum of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.
