Remarks by Walter van Tilborg: "The M320 Agent was a homebuilt aircraft of Alexander Marinosyan of Sadovo, Bulgaria, and followed his earlier M235 Etude and M235 Etude II (both registered as LZ-MAR). Work on the first M320 aircraft (built by the designer) started in March 2005 and this aircraft (LZ-EXP) made its first flight on October 5, 2008. It was powered by an 160 hp Lycoming IO-320-E2D engine. The M320 was stressed for +/- 3.2G and featured an all-metal construction. A second very similar example (c/n 002) was completed by Stanimir Marchev (also in Bulgaria) in 2018. Fitted with a Lycoming O-320-H2AD engine, it was registered as LZ-SLM.

Marinosyan later founded a company named Flight Constructive Ltd. and further aircraft from his hand included the FC-3, FC-4 and FC-5."
