12/31/2007. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This was one of 6 Stratocruisers built for British Overseas Airways Corporation, registered G-AKGJ and named Cambria it was delivered to the airline on February 7, 1950. It was sold to Transocean in January, 1958, registered as N102Q, later re-registered N407Q. It ended with Aero Spacelines and parts were used to convert Stratocruiser N1024V, c/n 15924, into a Pregnant Guppy." (Sorry, no larger image available.)
