Nord 1002 Pingouin II

09/30/2013. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Built in June 1944, this Pingouin (Penguin) was damaged and repaired twice before it was surrendered to allied forces in Belgium 1945. It came on the Belgian register as OO-NET on October 25, 1961. The registration was cancelled on September 24, 1973, as the aircraft was shipped to the USA, where it was registered as N108H.

In 1984 it was rebuilt by Piper Aircraft and fitted with two butane guns. On March 23, 1989, the aircraft was transferred to South Africa, where it became ZS-WFI, while on March 29, 1996 it was registered in New Zealand as ZK-WFI."
