Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Produced as an Avro 652A Nineteen Series 1, this aircraft was registered as OO-APG on January 17, 1947, to John Mahieu Aviation, Brussels, Belgium, subsequently it was converted to a Series 2 aircraft. While owned by M. Lekeu it crashed due to engine failure and was damaged beyond repair at Baardegem, Belgium, on July 19, 1956, although the registration was cancelled not until February 2, 1965."
