12/31/2007. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "In May 1974 funds were granted for a replacement of the de Havilland Canada Chipmunk, Piper Super Cub and Skandinavisk KZ VII trainers of the RDanAF. On January 10, 1975, 32 Saab MFI-17 Supporters were ordered. The aircraft, designated T-17 by the RdanAF, were delivered between September 1975 and spring 1977. Thirty years later 28 (including T-405) are still operated by the RDanAF."
