04/19/2007. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft was built in 1939 and was registered as G-AFOW. In October 1939 it was sold to Australia and on January 23, 1940 it was (and still is as of this date) registered there as VH-ACS.

A total of 115 D.H.94s were built from 1937, 73 in the UK till WW II started. Then the jigs and tools were shipped to Australia where another 42 were built."
