01/31/2012. Remarks by
Walter van Tilborg: "The RFP-4 was an original design of Robert F. (Bob) Pearce and it was the designer's fourth aircraft project, after an
AMF-S-14, a
Starduster and a
Baby Ace. The two-seat side-by side light cabin biplane featured a mixed construction of wood, tube and fabric, and it was powered by an 125 hp Lycoming O-290-G engine. The RFP-4 was first flown during 1990 and it remained a one-of-a-kind aircraft. Its registration was cancelled on August 10, 2010, the fate of the aircraft is unknown."
