12/15/2017. Remarks by
Walter van Tilborg: "This small biplane homebuilt aircraft was built by Raymond L. Parker of Denver, Colorado, USA. The aircraft was a much modernized replica of the 1920-vintage
Sperry Messenger. It was built with only the availability of a 3-view drawing. Construction started in 1970 and powered by an 150 hp Lycoming O-320 engine the sole example first flew during 1973. The wheel pants were installed at a later stage. Presently the aircraft is stored disassembled at Parker's hangar at Leeward Air Ranch, Ocala, Florida."
