05/31/2018. Remarks by Walter van Tilborg: "The L 8 was again an original design homebuilt aircraft of Émile Lucas. It had an all-metal construction and was suited for engines in 150-200 hp range. The first, and so far only, example to be completed was built by Michel Miard. Powered by a 200 hp Lycoming IO-360 engine it was first flown in January 1999."
