03/31/2007. Remarks by Jack McKillop: "This is one of 25 aircraft built for the RAF (s/ns TS789-TS813) but transferred to civil duties before delivery. They became BOAC's 'M'-class as all aircraft received city names beginning with the letter M.
G-AGOE (ex-RAF TS807) was delivered to BOAC on July 17, 1946 and sold to Lancashire Aircraft Corp. on August 5, 1952. On February 28, 1955, it was transferred to Skyways, Ltd, a subsidiary of Lancashire Aircraft Corp. and was withdrawn from use and scrapped at Stansted Airport, Essex, England."
