Cessna P210N Presurized Centurion

02/28/2014. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft was built in 1981, powered by a 310 hp Continental TSIO-520-AF reciprocating engine. In 2001 it was converted to turboprop power, for which the Silver Eagle kit of O&N was used, providing amongst other equipment, a 450 hp Rolls-Royce (Allison) 250-B17F/2 gas turbine engine and a 2030 rpm full reversible three-blade Hartzell propeller.

The aircraft was lost at Brussels South Charleroi Airport, Belgium, in poor weather with freezing foggy conditions on February 9, 2013. Apparently it went out of control during take off and it crashed on the grass next to the runway. The pilot, his daughter and three grand children were killed, the aircraft was destroyed."
