Fieseler Fi 156 C-3/Trop Storch

07/15/2006. Remarks by Xavier Saurel: "On June 10, 1944, beside the Storch (Stork) a few more planes landed on the 'B3 ALG'. One plane was a Boeing VB-17G, General Spaatz's personal plane named after his daughter 'Boops'. It had no chin turret but was a G-model. The passenger was Ike Eisenhower. The other planes were Spitfires led by Johnny Johnson to protect the Storch.

I' m looking for any information (picture, letter, person) concerning the Storch and the VB-17G."
