04/30/2010. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Ordered in February 1969 for the US Army under the serial68-15390, the aircraft was first flown in 1970. Struck off charge it came on the civil registry as N375AV until January 26, 1999. It was exported to New Zealand where it was registered as ZK-HSX on February 3, 1999. The aircraft is pictured being piloted by Pete Gordon."
