08/31/2007. Remarks by
Johan Visschedijk: "Having started his own company in 1930 in the former Segelflugzeugbau company at Kassel, Germany, this was the first aircraft designed and built by Fieseler. With this aircraft, powered by a 450 hp Walter Pollux II air-cooled nine-cylinder radial, he won the inaugural 1934 World Aerobatic Championship in Paris, France, taking home a prize of 100,000 French Francs. Notice the reversed Fieseler logo on the starboard side and the Mobiloel Gargoyle logo on the tail."
