02/28/2016. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft was sold to Fred Nelson and Ernie Wilhelm of Middletown, Pennsylvania, USA on June 20, 1926. In April 1927 the temporary registration 1184 was assigned, the following May 17 it passed inspection. On November 7, 1927 the aircraft was reregistered under the commercial license C3391, subsequently the aircraft changed (partial) ownership six times, before the registration C3391 expired on July 15, 1939. Thereafter parts of the aircraft changed ownership a number of times, the surviving part, most of the fuselage, was acquired by Dennis Harbin of Louisa, Virginia on May 18, 1996. A still ongoing restoration was started and on April 14, 2001 Harbin was able to obtain the original registration license 1184."
